Consuelo Cannas agrees to provide training for the course that you have chosen. 

In this agreement, reference to Consuelo Cannas and ‘Spiritual Hummingbird’ includes all instructors who are employed or act on behalf of Consuelo Cannas.

Please read carefully before enrolling in a Membership Plan

1. By purchasing a membership or a product you accept to receive marketing emails from Consuelo Cannas and spiritualhummingbird.com.

2. Once subscribed you have lifetime access to the course o products purchased for all the duration of your membership.
2.1 You're free to cancel your membership whenever you no longer wish to follow the course.
2.2 Once your membership terminates, you will no longer have access to the site and the related products.

3. All the information contained in this Website and the services provided by Consuelo Cannas, are not intended for diagnosing, treating, or preventing any illness.

​3.1 You must agree that Consuelo Cannas's course, session, and meditation class, do not replace or negate medical opinions or diagnoses given to you by a professional doctor.

​3.2 If you have health issues, you should consult a qualified practitioner and seek professional medical advice.

Refund Policy

You must read all terms & Conditions before enrolling in any membership plan.

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel your membership, otherwise, the full single monthly fee will be charged, by sending an email to connie@spiritualhummingbird.com.

You agree to give us written notice in case you want to cancel a membership plan already paid for.

Please read carefully before booking a session

  • You are 18 years old or over, courteous with an open heart and an open mind.

  • Anyone under 18 must have an adult present at all times. 

  • You must book an appointment before making a payment.

  • All services are subject to availability, offered for purposes of guidance and assistance, and offered at the discretion of Consuelo Cannas.

  • During a Theta Healing® session, you are honest and collaborative at all times.

  • Consuelo Cannas is not liable for any misuse of any services by clients/students, offered herein and reserves the right to refuse or end services at any time.

  • You only are responsible for yourself and the achievement of your purposes. The accuracy of the effectiveness of any services cannot be guaranteed.

  • You have the ability to change your own reality and future.

  • Services and products are not intended, recommended, or give as any substitutes of any legal, medical, psychiatric, or other orthodox types of professional assistance.

  • Session packages and programs are non-refundable once booked but can be transferred to a family member or friend.

  • After you have attended a session or an online event, session fees are not refundable.

  • Our webinars, sessions, or events don't replace nor negate medical opinions or diagnoses given to you by a medical doctor. If you suffer from any medical illness, you are advised to seek professional medical advice. 

  • If you arrive late at your session appointment, the time may be deducted from your session as there are other people scheduled and refunds cannot be made.

Refund Policy

You must secure an appointment time before paying for your session.

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or change your appointment, otherwise, the full single session fee will be charged.

All meditation classes, online events, and course fee deposits are not refundable. In case you cannot attend a course or meditation or energy clearing class you already paid for, you may attend another course or meditation class for the same money value within 12 months of paying your deposit.

You agree to give us written notice in case you cannot attend a course or a meditation class already paid for. There are no refunds for courses, meditation classes, or session packages booked and paid for. If for any reason we cancel a meditation class or a course, we will refund the fees to you.

In case you cannot attend a course, a meditation class, or a session cause of a medical emergency, we will return the fee to you minus PayPal charges and an administration fee of £40.

Digital products are not refundable after the purchase.

Termination of the agreement

Consuelo Cannas reserves the right to terminate the agreement anytime, if we feel that you are being disruptive, are acting in breach of the law, or are in violation of this agreement.

Photography and filming

 

Consuelo Cannas's event may be photographed and filmed

You consent to Consuelo Cannas using photographs and/or video recordings including images of you, both internally and externally to promote our services.

Equipment

​

Consuelo Cannas may use various types of equipment, including electrical ones.

Use of this equipment requires specific handling and you must take reasonable care at all times during the course to ensure your safety. 

Consuelo Cannas will not be liable for any injury or loss which is caused by your negligence.
